How to Obtain a Provisional Driving License (PDL)?
Provisional Driving Licence (PDL) is a licence that allows learner drivers to start learning to drive on public roads and operate a vehicle with a driving instructor. Online applications for the PDL are accepted through the Singapore Police Force (SPF) e-service only after passing the BTT at any of the Singapore's driving centres. The PDL has a 2-year validity period and is renewable. $25 is required for each grant or renewal of a PDL. Taking these practical lessons without a valid PDL is an offence.
