Why Do You Need Driving Refresher Course?

Refresher lessons are distinct in that they primarily serve individuals who have not driven in a long time or who need to retake their class 3 licence for whatever reason it was revoked. Foreigners and permanent residents who want to drive in Singapore are also strongly encouraged to take a few lessons to get a feel for the differences between their home countries. Due to geological constraints, Singapore's roads can be quite congested, especially during peak hours. Our roads are left-hand drive, and we do not have freeways, but rather highways with speed limits of 90km/h. Our traffic laws are also very strict, which encourages drivers to obey the rules.
